  • Unworn Ready-to-Wear merchandise with attached tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided you have a receipt. Please be aware that all bespoke and custom pieces are considered Final Sale. It's important to note that all returns and exchanges are subject to our discretion.

    • Modifications to Manolo Costa garments required after item delivery will incur charges, with pricing determined on a per-modification basis. Please note that all alterations to Manolo Costa garments will require 1-2 weeks for completion.

    • We gladly accommodate external alterations, with pricing determined on a per-modification basis. Please note that all alterations to non-Manolo Costa garments will require 2-3 weeks for completion.

  • We have a full bespoke offering. The opportunities are endless.

  • For first-time commissions, bespoke pieces will be ready in 8-10 weeks. For existing clients, bespoke pieces will be ready in 4-6 weeks.

  • We are happy to draw inspiration from styles you admire, but please note that all our pieces will be crafted as unique Manolo Costa originals and will not be replicas of any other brand.

  • While appointments are not required, we strongly recommend scheduling one to ensure that we can allocate sufficient time to provide you with the best assistance possible.

  • The bespoke process includes 4 key appointments: the Initial Bespoke Consultation, the Basted Try-On, the Slip-On Fitting, and the Final Fitting. Each appointment is between 20 minutes and 1 hour.

    • Initial Bespoke Consultation: 1 hour

    • Basted Try-On / Slip-On Fitting: 30 minutes

    • Final Fitting: 20 minutes

    • Shirt Consultations / Alteration Consultations: 30 minutes

  • We extend the same bespoke program to women as we do to men.

    Please note that we do not offer alterations for external women’s garments, including gowns, skirts, blouses, and similar items.

  • We typically do not participate in trunk shows, however, we are open to hearing your suggestions on where you'd like to see us in the future.

  • If you are located in NYC and wish to arrange a consultation with our team at your location, kindly reach out to us via email at info@manolocosta.com for inquiries. For clients outside of NYC, please be aware that all travel and lodging expenses would need to be covered should our team travel to your location.

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not accept deposits, partial payments, or payment upon pickup/delivery of the order. Your order will be confirmed and processed upon receiving the full payment.

  • We are happy to offer gift cards which can be purchased on our website, in-store, or by giving us a call.

  • If we are shipping an order to a location outside of NYC, you will be responsible for paying the applicable sales tax for that specific city, state, or region.
