All returns (does not include bespoke garments) received within 14 days of the time of purchase will be credited to the original form of payment upon processing of the returned item(s). Item(s) must be unworn and it is up to our discretion to accept or deny the return based on condition. Your credit should appear on your next billing statement. Please allow up to 14 business days for receipt and processing of your return. We are unable to accept returns after 14 days of the date of purchase.
When placing an order for any bespoke garment from Manolo Costa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Terms are valid for all bespoke purchases made on the date of acceptance of these terms and conditions and for all subsequent purchases unless otherwise provided. By paying upon ordering this represents acceptance of terms and conditions. All bespoke orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges allowed. All bespoke orders require full payment upfront. No order can be cancelled, changed or modified after payment. All bespoke sales are final.
Measurements are required for all new clients and may be required for existing clients who have not made custom garments in the past 3-6 months. If either case, only one garment will be made until fit is finalized.
Alterations may not be able to fully account for any weight gain/loss or change in client measurements and the cost of extensive alterations due to such changes in weight or body measurements will be charged to the customer.
Turnover time for production is approximately 8-9 weeks. This estimation for delivery does not constitute a promise or a contract. We do our best to meet requested deadlines but delays happen based on several factors. Minor alterations will likely be necessary and may add approximately 2 weeks after second fitting. Alterations requested after delivery to client must be requested and the garment brought back within four weeks of delivery date.
Manolo Costa suggests clients to pick up all garments in person to ensure that the client is satisfied with the fit of the garment. Clients who request delivery of garments within Manhattan will incur a $30 messenger delivery charge. All other deliveries by a common carrier will incur a $70 delivery charge, per garment. International deliveries will incur a $150 delivery charge.
Sale merchandise purchased online, by telephone or in store is not refundable and is a final sale.
